Consumer Review Terms of Use
By posting content/reviews, I accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
I hereby grant a non-exclusive, fully-paid up, perpetual, sub-licenseable license to Graber ("Company"), a brand and registered trademark of Springs Window Fashions, LLC, and its affiliates and partners to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display publicly, and distribute the content/review/post on any media now existing or later created throughout the universe.
I represent and warrant:
- I am at least 18 years of age.
- The information I provide for registration and use of this site is correct, current and complete.
- I am the sole author of the post/content and any images I post and my content is original.
- My content complies with the Consumer Review Terms of Use, Website Terms of Use, and Standards of Conduct.
- I am responsible for the content I post.
- I shall indemnify the company for any losses, damages or other liabilities, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from my post(s).
- I will clearly and conspicuously disclose in my post or other content any material connection to the company (e.g., employee, relative of employee, vendor or partner to the company, incentivized review—free samples, paid influencer, member of a loyalty program, etc.).
- I have personally used the products for which I am posting.
- I will post accurate and honest information.
- I will not in any way violate any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation in connection with my use of the site and posts.
- My content does not infringe on the intellectual rights (e.g., trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks) of any other party or a person’s rights to privacy or rights of publicity.
- My content does not contain any other party’s confidential or proprietary information.
- My content does not include any personal (e.g., physical addresses, age, etc.), financial, medical or other sensitive or personally identifiable information.
- I will not include links to websites or email addresses.
I acknowledge that:
- The company, its affiliates and partners are not liable for my post(s).
- My posts are public and not confidential.
- The company, in its sole discretion, may remove or refuse to publish any post or terminate my access to the site for conduct that violates i) the Terms of Use, ii) Standards of Conduct, or iii) applicable laws, regulations and orders.
Standards of Conduct
Abusive uses of the company’s site are prohibited and the company may prohibit or remove posts that:
- Contain confidential or private information;
- Are unrelated to the company’s products or services; or
- Contain the following (this list is not exhaustive):
- Unlawful, immoral, defamatory, libelous, harassing, vulgar, sexually explicit, indecent, abusive, violent, hateful, obscene, inappropriate, or insulting of race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity or other personal characteristics, or otherwise objectionable content
- Offensive, harassing or that creates an intimidating or hostile environment
- Deceptive, false or misleading content
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
- Promotion of unsafe acts or situations
- Harmful code, Trojan horse, worms, viruses, malware, time bombs and other code that is malicious, harmful or intended to damage, interfere with, or allow unauthorized access to a system, program, data, personal, proprietary, sensitive or confidential information.
